6 Weeks of the Work is a fitness program designed by Beachbody. It’s not for beginners. It’s an advanced level workout that will challenge you to move at a pace you’ve never pushed yourself to. It will also deliver results you’ve never thought possible.
This is a free sample workout in a 6 week long program, so there are many more workouts that come with it. If you’re interested in trying the whole thing, I highly recommend staying on top of the pre- and post workout supplements that come with it. You’ll need the support (<-trust me on this).
