“By changing nothing, nothing changes.” - Tony Robbins
Is there something inside you that’s craving change? Are you feeling...
- Exhausted?
- Overwhelmed?
- Disengaged from work or life?
Perhaps you've noticed a lack of connection to your self and the people around you.
Worst of all, you're at a point where you can't even see a way out anymore.
This friend, is burnout and you're not alone in your struggle. If that sounds all too familiar, you've landed in the right place. I help creative entrepreneurs and corporate professionals get past burnout so they can get back to enjoying their work and lives.
Whether you’re in a job you hate, feeling a scarcity of control in your life or perhaps you just need to make healthier habits, coaching can help you through this process. In our sessions we will:
- identify the limiting beliefs and life stressors that are holding you back from moving forward on your own
- clarify what’s truly important to you (and what’s not) so that you’re focusing on the right things in your life and let go of distractions
- coach you on managing stress and finding peace with situations beyond your control
- optimize a plan for getting what you want (or something close to it) in a thoughtful, intelligent way.
Coaching provides the benefit of having a supportive and objective person to address what’s really holding you back and gently pushes you forward.
Why a coach and not a trusted friend?
Very often it's difficult to rely on friends or family to help you work through your goals and desires because they can’t be objective about your decisions. A coaching relationship provides a safe place to work through fears, concerns and the limiting beliefs that hold you back.
Sometimes this is all you need to move forward. Or maybe you need someone to organize the crazy parade of thoughts in your mind that take you in circles with no definitive answers (I’ve been there, I know).
Coaching is a process of working through what’s really going on in your heart and mind. It can supports you on a path to strategically move forward into scary, unknown places because you’ve got someone in your corner who is pushing you with one hand and holding you up with the other.
Coaching is not therapy.
We don’t work through unresolved issues from your past that are causing destructive patterns in your present. Even though I hold a master’s degree in Psychology, I am not a therapist. We may bump up against your past issues, but our relationship is not focused on the past, it’s about progressing forward.
If progress is what you crave, let's talk.
