A Vinyasa-inspired Sweaty Flow Yoga (you can do at home)

I've been getting back into yoga lately, mostly because I feel the need for a spiritual pump and yoga always does that for me. No matter how scattered I feel (and yes, I feel that often), yoga always brings me home to myself.

free online yoga class intermediateI've never been one for studio yoga. Mostly because I can only tolerate about 40 minutes of practice before I'm ready to move on to something else (<- zero patience), but also the stress of getting to a class on time always winds me up (which seems a little counterproductive).

So I've developed a pretty good home practice over the years.  That way, I can wear whatever I want, practice on carpet (rather than a hard floor) and I get to pick and chose my classes and teachers.  I admit I'm fussy.  I don't like teachers that hold poses for a long time, talk too much or over-explain every move. It's yoga, if we don't get the pose right, life will most likely move on.

    ***Rant over***

Anyway, I wanted to share the class I did this morning. It was challenging, so not for a beginner, but a simple, strong flow that will leave you sweaty and chill. Just the way I like my yoga 🙂

Enjoy, and let me know what you think!

    Hi, I'm Caren

I'm an ADHD coach & wellness expert with a mind that runs faster than a quick-dry nail polish. I have figured out how to master my ADHD brain through fitness, healthy eating and self-care and I get a thrill out of helping other women like me, do the same. You may or may not have ADHD, but somewhere after 40, most of us end up wondering why our jeans are tight and our brains are foggier than summer in San Francisco. If that's you, I'm here to help. Welcome!
