Healthy Soup Recipes
If you're looking to improve your eating habits for better health, there's not a better way to start than to incorporate more soups into your daily food choices.
Soups are primarily made of water, veggies and sometimes lean proteins, so it's the best way I can think of to increase your intake of nutrients. Also, if you're not a fan of eating veggies, blending them into a soup is a sure way to disguise them. Even the pickiest of eaters will be willing to consume more veggies in the form of soup.
Finally, cooked veggies are easier to digest, so soup will actually win out over a raw salad in terms of overall nutritional value.
