These books have had a significant impact on me, both from a mindset and business standpoint, but also in terms of new science around health and fitness. I call this my go-to reading list because the messages are amazing, non-woo woo and very applicable to women with full, busy lives, but also want more.
And by more, I mean:
- more confidence
- more happiness
- more energy
- more money
- more freedom
- more hope
- more inspirational relationships
- and more meaning and fulfilment.
I hope you find these reads as impactful as I have. One caveat is that I listened to most of these books while going about my day. If you don't have time to sit down and read, I highly recommend getting an account with Audible.
Because investing in yourself and your personal development is a very #girlboss thing to do.
