    Beachbody's 30 Day Breakaway Sample Workout

    The following free sample workout is just a taste of the 30 Day Breakaway running and lifting program available through Beachbody on Demand. This program will help you run injury free with ongoing coaching on form and stride. It also includes cross training workouts to ensure you are building lean, toned muscle in addition to the fat burning running workouts.

    You can purchase the program including pre-and post workout supplements and access to the most extensive online library of workouts right here.

    • Runs can be done on a treadmill or outside.
    • Requires a set of light, medium and heavy hand weights.
    • Best for beginner, intermediate fitness levels.
