Fire and Flow is Beachbody’s latest new workout to hit their Beachbody on Demand platform and it’s going to be EPIC. Elise Jones, creator of Barre Blend and Jericho McMatthews, creator of Morning Meltdown 100 and Core De Force, come together to create the first alternating program that balances sculpting workouts with balancing, body weight flows.

Fit + Flow Program Details
This is a 4-week program designed with 6, alternating workouts per week. One day is a firey HIIT/Sculpting workout that will challenge your fitness and change your body. Then the next day is a creative, core-sculpting flow, designed to calm your aching muscles, build flexibility and create a strong, sculpted core.
Who is Fire and Flow Best Suited For?
If you’re someone who loves to mix up your workouts and give your body a much-needed break between those harder workouts, then this program is definitely for you. It has a strong focus on self-love, with inspiring messages from your instructors and even a 4-week reflection journal.
Who is Fire and Flow NOT For?
You’re looking to seriously build muscle. This is designed for definition through fat loss, improved overall fitness and finding more balance and presence. It’s also designed to be an uplifting program that’s got a lot of encouraging messages and inspiring coaching. It’s not a “crush it hard” style of program. If that’s what floats your boat, try Body Beast, Lift 4 or 21 Day Fix Extreme instead.
What equipment is needed for Fire and Flow?
You’ll need a yoga mat for the flow days. For the strength/HIIT workouts, you’ll need a set of workout bands, and a light, medium and heavy set of dumbbells. That’s it!
Why I’ll be Investing in Fire + Flow
I don’t love every workout that Beachbody releases, but this one is going to be epic because I love variety in my workouts.
As someone over 50, I have to focus on strength and muscle building because it really makes a difference in the way my body performs and looks! But I also love me some yoga-inspired workouts that are focused on relaxing my nervous system and recovering from harder workouts.
