    One thing to note is that Beachbody typically adds a lot more talking in the sample workouts, because they want to ensure you know what the whole program is about before you buy it.

    So if you find that this is a little too "chatty", rest assured, the paid program is not like that at all. You just turn it on and get right down to work, which is exactly what you want from a 20-minute workout, right? Right.
