    How (and when) to Order Lift 4: The HIIT Program Designed to Improve Metabolic Conditioning & Reduce Belly Fat

    Last week I gave you the skinny on Lift4.  Since then, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about when it’s going to release and how to buy it.  There are several options, but I honestly think there’s a lot you don’t need, so I’m going to give you the least expensive option that will still give you access to the exclusive coach test group where you go through the program with Joel, the creator of the program.

    You can buy Lift4 right now, but...

    The program is available for purchase right now, but you won’t get full access to all the workouts until July 16th.  However, in the meantime, when you buy the program now, you get immediate access to the bonus workouts that you can use as a primer for the full enchilada.  You also get immediate access to my private training group. Here’s the calendar for the bonus workouts.

    Just like the full program, it only requires 4 workouts a week which is a refreshing change from previous recent workouts.  I love this about the program as it gives me space to practice yoga and get a few runs or spins in.

     

    The official launch of the program is July 16th, and if you join as a coach (which is something you can do for free and you don’t have to do anything with the business), then you get to join the official test group which is always a fun way to go through a program because you get the support of me and the celebrity trainer.

     

    What’s the minimum order to get into the test group?

    In my opinion, the best value is the performance challenge pack that helps with energy and recovery.  This will give you the pre-workout which is amazing and super helpful if you need the extra energy to get through your workouts.  It’s all natural, so there are no weird ingredients that give you jitters.  It also comes with a post-workout whey protein that helps with recovery and soreness.

     

    Are You Sensitive to Whey Protein?

    If you’re sensitive to whey, get the vegan chocolate superfood blend pack which is more of a meal replacement than a workout specific enhancer.  You don’t get the pre-workout (which really is helpful) but you get chocolate which is never a bad thing.  You can buy the pre-workout separately, but if you’re trying to keep costs down, skip it.  PS - if you hate chocolate, there’s a ton of other flavors, too, but the chocolate is really, really, really good.

     

    So should you wait for July 16th to order?

    You can, but you don’t get access to the bonus workouts that are available now, so why wait?  You can jump into my private group right away and start benefiting from the added accountability at no additional cost.  There’s also a $10 discount going right now, so that helps!

     

    What equipment will I need for Lift4?

    You’ll need access to three sets of hand weights - a light, a medium and a heavy set.  If you have been lifting weights for a while, go heavier!  You can also use a workout band instead of weights (which is perfect when you’re traveling), but the weights are really the best options.

     

    Is Lift4 for women?

    Oh heck ya!  Because of the metabolic impact of doing HIIT and weights (the most effective exercise for fat burning), it’s particularly effective if you want to get rid of belly or back fat.  This is the program that’s going to make the biggest impact on those areas!

     

    What if you don’t like the Lift4 program?

     
    Like all the programs I offer, you get a 30-day, money back guarantees on the suppliants and the workout, so if you don’t like it, just return it!  But I think you’re going to like it.
     

     

    How long are the workouts?

     
    The bonus workouts are only 20 minutes, but when the full program launches, expect the workouts to last between 30 and 40 minutes total.  But remember - it’s just 4 days a week, so it’s less time overall which I love.  Have I mentioned how much I love only having 4 workouts a week?

    Is there a modifier if you’re just starting out?

    Yes, there’s a modifier for the bonus program as well as the full program.  If you don’t like jumping, there’s always an option to skip it if you want.
     

     

    How Much Does Lift 4 Cost?

    Right now the program and the supplements are on sale at a promotional cost while it's in pre-launch.  If you're in the US, that's only $170.
