    LET’S GET UP! is the latest Beachbody home workout program that just launched and I'm excited to share a sample workout (scroll down).

    If you love ShaunT, the creator of Insanity, Transform 20 and T25, then you're going to love this program, too. It's a fitness program that’s easy to follow, and designed with pure joy in mind. Not only will you get amazing results from the strength and dance cardio workout - you're going to have fun doing it.

    LET’S GET UP! is dance fitness that turns every workout into a celebration of self-confidence, body positivity, and pure joy. Whether your motivation is to lose weight, get healthy, or show off your dance skills on your favorite social media platform, Shaun delivers the moves and the inspiration. He’ll help you get the results you’re craving, but in a way that will make you love every minute of the journey as well.

    Why Let's Get Up! Stands Out Among Other Home Fitness Programs

    This program is a blend of cardio dance and strength training, which has never been done before in a home fitness program.

    It's 4 days a week of cardio dance, with easy-to-follow moves combined with Insanity-style intervals to elevate your heart rate and burn fat. While these intervals do get intense, there's always a modifier you can follow to keep things low impact.

    There are also 2 strength training programs every week to help you tone and sculpt the physique you're looking for (because we all know, you're not going to get there with cardio alone).

    Every dance workout ends with a fun dance choreography tutorial that you can learn and share on social media (if that's your jam). I'm seeing so many people sharing dance moves on IG and Tic Tock, so I'm excited to give this a try.

    No matter how uncoordinated you may think you are, you can learn these dance moves and get great results. And let's talk about the music for a sec - it ranges from pop and hip-hop, to swing, musical theater, Latin, rock, and even island grooves. To me, music makes all the difference between an amazing and mediocre workout, and Let's Get Up! Is anything but mediocre.

    Everyone loves to see the before and after's right? Of course! However, I always want to remind potential clients that these folks earned these amazing results by following the program AND watching their nutrition. You simply can't get these kind of results by workouts alone because you can't sweat your way out of a bad diet. Trust me, I tried.

    Who is Let's Get Up! for?

    It's is designed for a beginner to intermediate exerciser who's looking for something fun to get them started on their fitness journey. It's also for anyone who doesn't want to push themselves too hard, but still get results.

    Who is it not for? Anyone that wants a high-intensity, advanced level workout (if that's your jam, try Insanity Max 30 or 6 Weeks of the Work). It's also not for you if you're focused on building muscle. In that case, try Hammer & Chisel, Lift4, 21 Day Fix Extreme or again, 6 Weeks of the Work.

    How (and where) to Buy Let's Get Up!

    This is Beachbody's latest workout, so it just released to new customers only. If you're currently a Beachbody on Demand customer, there's an early access option if you want access to it right now, otherwise you can wait a few months until it's released to the platform for general access.
