2B Mindset is Beachbody’s first nutrition-based program. I'm 100% behind this program because it's not a diet, but it will change your relationship with food, your mindset and the way you prioritize what you eat . If you’ve been here for a while, you know how critical I believe that to be!

I was not on board with this program when it first came out. I was skeptical that it would be effective, and honestly, it felt too basic.
Turns out, I was wrong.
After working out for years on an almost daily basis, I was pretty convinced that it was critical to losing weight. When I heard that this program didn’t require movement at all, I was like - "Seriously? What kind of message does that send to our audience?"
But after meeting the creator of the program (a Registered Dietitian who has lost 100lbs), I got it. It’s not that exercise isn’t important - it’s that it’s secondary to nutrition. If you don’t have your diet in check, no amount of reps, sets, and sweats are going to give you results.

Does 2B Mindset Nutrition Coaching Require Workouts?
No, it doesn’t - but I still think you should (if you can). If you’re suffering from an injury or have a physical reason why you can’t work out, then this program is going to be even more important for you, but I do believe that movement is critical. Even if it’s just walking.
How long is 2B Mindset?
Unlike many of the programs I work with, there’s no time limit on 2B Mindset. It’s a learn-as-you-go because it’s all on-demand videos that you’ll have access to for life! That said, I work with you for the first 3.5 weeks to ensure you get started on the right foot and stick with it!

How is 2B Mindset Nutrition Coaching different from other diets?
As I’ve said before, diets are for suckers. If you’re doing something just for a few weeks, hoping to lose weight and plan to go right back to your old behaviors once you hit your goal weight, you’re wasting your time. This program teaches you how to eat for life. You won’t do anything on day 1 that you can’t maintain on year 10. Does that make sense?
- There’s never a need to starve or restrict
- You won’t count calories (although you will track food)
- There are no cheats because no food is off limits
- You’ll find a new relationship to food that won’t make you feel bad about yourself or your choices.

It’s not at all like the portion fix container program.
Some people love the clear guidelines of the portion fix containers. It’s great if you have total control over your day, your time and your food. But the reality is that we’re always on the move and life gets in the way. This program is completely different because there are no containers, no color coding, and no restrictions. It’s all about flexible eating and choosing food and portions that are right for you, and that drive results!
