Hey y'all! Today I'm sharing 7 workouts to do from home.
Why? Because at the time that I write this post, the entire globe has been sequestered in their homes to stop the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). I hope I look back at this post some day soon and fondly remember how freaked out we all were about something that died down just as fast at it grew.
Each of these six workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. If it requires hand weights and you don't have any, get creative! Canned goods, sacks of potatoes and kitty litter bags make great weights!
Grab the full programs on Beachbody on Demand
All of the workouts below are just a small sampling of many. Each workout has a full 6 to 8 week program you can follow, and you can access all of them at Beachbody on Demand. You can find out more about Beachbody on Demand and how to get a free trial here here.
No DVD players required and there are about 700 different workouts in total, from hip hop dance to. yoga and pilates. I hope the samples below inspire you to keep up your fitness while we wait this virus out.
Stay safe, y'all!

Thanks so much for sharing Caren. I like the ability to try some of the programs as I consider a subscription to Beach Body. I just did the morning melt down and it kicked my butt.

Glad you enjoyed it, Tracy!

Do you recommend Xtend Barre over Barre Blend? It sounds like Xtend Barre has more of a cardio factor. Which program did you like better?
Caren
Hi Marrisa,
They are both good workouts, but barre blend has more to it. They are progressive and get more challenging over time. Both have cardio elements. It comes down to which instructor you prefer.
