NSNG
NSNG stands for no sugars, no grains. The majority of my recipes fall into this category, which means, they're also mostly gluten-free, too. I use stevia and xylitol as natural sweetening alternatives to sugar and sugar-based sweeteners.
A few of my favorites are Low Carb Cranberry Muffins, Protein Pancakes and Chocolate Zucchini Protein Muffins (<-YUM).
